MINDEMOYA—A large sign near the Sparrow’s Nest apartment building on Highway 551 in Mindemoya announces a proposed expansion on the property, seeking input from interested buyers.

“It is the very early stages,” noted Cambrian Real Estate agent Chris Bousquet, who is acting as a spokesperson for the developer, Build North Construction. Mr. Bousquet explained that conceptual plans for the luxury development, currently envisioned as “town homes and condominiums,” have not yet been finalized. “The developer is looking at a potential development of some property, that expansion will depend on demand and interest.”

Currently, the developer is exploring the level of interest in a possible luxury development, said Mr. Bousquet. “Really they are looking to see what kind of demand there is and what it is that people are looking for. The project will probably depend on the feedback before they go ahead with any plans.”
