In memory of Daniel Wilbert Mandamin, 49 years , who passed away on June 30, 2017. Loving son of Basil Jr. (predeceased) and Caroline (nee Manitowabi) Mandamin. Beloved husband of Louise (nee Jacko). Loving father of Danielle (Jerry), Levi, Meagan, Melissa, Daphne. Dear brother of Jerome (predeceased), Leila, Monica, Mary Lou (Dean), Randy (Brittany). Chosen brother and best friend of Brian Nootchtai (Shmall). Loving grampa to Jerome, Nevaeh, Mason, Paul, Sophie. Will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews Matthew, Jamie Lynn, Gracie, Tiffany, Ashley, Samantha, Chantel, Nicole, Darlene, Chelsea, Gina, Caleb, Dorian. Special uncle to Jo-Rain, Grayson. Great uncle to Avery, Shawnee, Wilde, Sophia. Godfather to Ashley, Tianna. Godson of Nancy and Phillip Recollet (predeceased). Daniel was a pipe carrier and sundancer who attended many traditional ceremonies. He was a dedicated firefighter and crewboss for many years. He loved working on cars and quads. He loved to draw and play the piano. He was always quick to help others in need. Dan will be remembered for his big heart and the love he held for his family. Family and friends gathered at St. Anthony Daniel Church, Kaboni. Visitation was from 3 pm on Sunday, July 2, 2017. Funeral Mass was at 11 am on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Burial at Kaboni Cemetery.
