His journey took him to Brampton, Ontario where he resided until November 13 of this year when he moved home to the Island to continue his battle with cancer that overtook him on Friday. Clifford loved his music, which he chose from his extensive collection of LPs and CDs and his old movies. Clifford never married. Visitation for Clifford will be on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 9:30 am followed by the funeral service at 11 am at Island Funeral Home, Little Current. Interment at Elm View Cemetery.

It’s like a storm that cuts a path

It breaks your will

You think you’re lost, but you’re not lost

On your own, you’re not alone

I will help you through

When you’ve done all that you can do

I will dry your eyes, I will fight your fight

I will hold you tight and won’t let go

It hurts my heart, to see you cry

I know it’s dark, this part of life

It finds us all

We’re too small to stop the rain

I’m here to catch you

Don’t be afraid to fall

I’m right here, I won’t let you down

I will stand by you, I will help you through

The Lord has come for you to fight your fight

You’re in my heart and I won’t let you go

May peace be with you.
