Chester Sloss of Espanola passed away at the Espanola Regional Hospital on Sunday, April 28, 2013 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Leona (nee Galbraith) of Espanola. Dear son of the late Robert and Mamie (nee Fullerton) Sloss. Loving father of Corrine Sloss of Sault Ste. Marie, Mervyn Sloss of Creston, British Columbia, Fred Sloss (wife Sharon) of Hamilton, Carl Sloss of Espanola, Valerie Wilson (husband Pat) of Whitby and Nancy Sloss (Frank) of Sault Ste. Marie. Will be sadly missed by 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Very dear brother of Orpha Duxbury (husband Irwin) of Espanola, Marvin Sloss (wife Irene predeceased) of Gore Bay, Willard Sloss (wife Marie) of Spring Bay and the late Stewart Sloss (wife Grace predeceased), Kathleen Rettalick (husband George predeceased), Verdun Sloss (wife Bernice, wife Lillian predeceased) and the late Marjorie (husband Bill predeceased). Friends called at the Queensway Pentecostal Church, Espanola on Monday, May 6, 2013 from 9:30 am until the Funeral Service at 11:30 am with Stephanie Borsato officiating.
