Two students at Charles C. McLean Public School were presented with medals and certificates for their efforts in the provincial Royal Canadian Legion Remembrance Day Literary Contest. James Hartin, a Grade 4 student, placed third in the Legion district H junior poem contest in Onaping Falls. Sydney Cunningham, a Grade 5 student, placed third in the district junior essay division.
