We still have a lot of melting to go before we see the lake, but it is encouraging with the +4°C temperature. The roads are clear, making it a little safer for the evening walk.
We’re thinking of those who are not feeling well or recuperating in the hospital.
The Manitoulin Family Resources luncheon was well attended at the Missionary Church in Mindemoya. This writer enjoyed the company of Anna Orford, Elwood and Bernice Lewis, Carole Gilmore, Linda Allen and Pat Burke. The homemade soups, sandwiches and desserts sure fit the bill!
The 4X4 Hockey tournament usually held in Providence Bay was in Mindemoya this past weekend. Everyone sure had a great time watching the good hockey. Here’s hoping it will be back in Providence Bay next year.
