Social media pages are being flooded with sightings of Indigenous mermen of late, and the trend has not avoided Manitoulin. Zane Aguonia of Sheguiandah was quite possible the first merman to be spotted in Island waters. He’s looking positively radiant at the Sheguiandah government dock.
