THE SUNSHINE OF OUR LIVES!

Surrounded by the profound love of her family, Beverley made her transition August 19, 2014 in Sudbury, leaving this world for a far better place. She will always be lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years Michael Joseph Narozanski, and her beloved seven children Kimberly-Ann and partner Vicki Harrison, Kenneth Michael and wife Linda, Tracey Helen and partner Ben Farella, Christopher Michael and wife Michelle, Jody John and wife Anne, Stephen Paul and partner Martha Grandmont, Joyanne and husband Dario Rocca. The amazing bond she had with her siblings Marilee Courtemanche, Sandy Peers, John Hathaway, Joanne MacEachern (husband John) and predeceased by Margaret will never be broken and always celebrated. Her beloved grandchildren Sarah, Mark, Matthew, Andrew, Jacob, Joshua, Dylan, Nicholas, Ryan and Austin will remember with great fondness the memories they shared with their beautiful grandmother, especially on Manitoulin Island. She is also survived by her loving brother-in-law John Narozanski and wife Jean. Her dear nieces and nephews, David (wife Joanne), Lisa (husband Barry Zettler), Robert and Rachel Narozanski, Matthew and Wendy Courtemanche, Debbie (Don Rancourt), Suzanne Peers and partner Steve Spadafore, Michele Peers (predeceased), Brian and David (wife Dominique) MacEachern. Beverley was born in Montreal, then lived with her parents Fredrick Russell and Mary Catherine (both predeceased) in Saint John, NB, before moving to White River where her father worked for Abitibi. She attended St. Joseph’s College in North Bay, and then served as a “WREN” in the Royal Canadian Navy. She then joined her sisters in Sudbury, where she met Michael at his Insurance and Real Estate Brokerage and obtained both Brokers licenses to assist Michael with the successful operation of their business for over 50 years. Upon her retirement she moved to Manitoulin Island to their home on Pepper Point in Sheguiandah where she enjoyed spending her time hosting family gatherings, visiting with friends, watching sunsets, daily nature walks and volunteering with the fundraising of the Ladies’ Auxiliary of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, where she was better known as the “Perogy Princess”. Michael was the love of Beverley’s life. Together they shared joy and deep friendship throughout their long and happy marriage. Beverley was a person of tremendous faith and has always been considered the Matriarch of the Narozanski Dynasty. Her strength and perseverance in everything she did and the incredible family values she instilled in everyone will continue to inspire all those she has touched throughout her life. Bev touched more people than we will ever know. Her friendships and love spread into so many circles of life that the impact of her loss will be felt by many. Beverley will be fondly remembered, never forgotten, and she will be missed forever. What a wonderful life! Funeral Mass was be held at Christ the King Church, 30 Beech Street, Sudbury at 10 am on Friday, August 22, 2014 with a Celebration of Life afterwards. (Friends gathered at the church after 9:45 am on Friday.) In lieu of flowers, donations to Pet Save Sudbury – Manitoulin Chapter and St. Bernard’s Catholic Church Building Fund, Little Current would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
