Prov should be a getaway from urban stress

Peaceful and tranquil Providence Bay?
As a regular visitor to Providence Bay, I have always enjoyed the scenery as well as its peace and tranquility. These qualities are threatened given the weed infested beach, rock bands blaring until one in the morning, dirt bikes buzzing like loud insects, and jet skis ripping back and forth across the water all day. Providence Bay should be a place to get away from the stresses of modern living rather than a place to be immersed in it.
