Immaturity shows up big time when Carnarvon Councillor Derek Stephens shows up at the Mindemoya council chambers with a bottle of liquor in hand, sets it on the table and says “I love liquor and I love scotch.” Perhaps the good folks at AA could help Mr. Stephens out. Thank you Reeve Strong for taking a stand on this kind of inappropriate behavior.
