Eric James Briscoe

In loving memory of Eric James Briscoe who passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Health Sciences North at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Badgerow) Briscoe for 59 years. Loving father of Richard of Sudbury. Dear brother of Lloyd (Margaret) both predeceased, Iva Nasmith (Bill) both predeceased, Evelyn Cushon (Allan predeceased) of Winnipeg, Harold (Georgina) both predeceased and Clifford (Eva) both predeceased. Dear brother-in-law of Clarence Badgerow (Elizabeth predeceased) of Sudbury, Kay Reid predeceased (George of Noelville), Rita Pasco (James) of Ottawa, Marie Sloss (Willard) of Spring Bay and Calvin Badgerow predeceased. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Eric worked for 33 years at Garson Mine. Eric enjoyed many happy years at his beloved cottage at Nepewassi Lake. At Eric’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation with interment in the Gordon Cemetery Manitoulin Island on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 1 pm. Relatives and friends are invited. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
