Hazel Beatrice Lanktree passed away peacefully on April 6, 2013. Predeceased by husband Ivan (1979). Loved mother of Joan Vyse (Calvin Pearson) of Providence Bay, Dwayne (Chris) Lanktree of South Baymouth and Doug (Barb) Lanktree of Benito, Manitoba. Special grandmother of Laurie (James Pettigrew), Stephen (Tracey) Vyse, Darin (Marsha) Lanktree, Tammy (Bill Bennett), and Angie (Chad Windgrave). Great-grandmother of Angela, Kyla, Shawn, Amber, Brandon, Alias, Adam, Hannah, Payton, Jake, Joey and Samantha. Survived by sisters-in-law Jean Campbell, Millie Campbell, Nora Hall, Thelma White and Shirley Lanktree. Predeceased by siblings Mary (Minnie) and John Patterson, John Campbell, Percy Campbell, Verna Carr, Irene (Jim) McQuarrie, Wallace Campbell, Calvin Campbell and twin sister Ruby (Hubert) Haigh. Visitation was Monday, April 8, 2013 from 7 pm to 9 pm. Service was Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 11 am, all at Community of Christ Church, Providence Bay. Spring interment in Providence Bay Cemetery.
