I am very excited for my many Catholic friends about the upcoming vote for a new leader for the Catholic Church. They now have the opportunity to vote in a new Pope with a modern train of thought recognizing the equality of women and men in the priesthood and also marriage for the clergy, leaving behind age-old traditions that are depleting their congregations.
