M. MARGUERITE LITTLE (nee Ward)

In Loving Memory of M. Marguerite Little (nee Ward) of Little Current who died peacefully at Manitoulin Centennial Manor on Friday, November 16, 2018 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her beloved husband Allan (1993). Dear mother to Jo-Anne Briggs (husband Robert) of Huntsville, Douglas and Robert both of Little Current, Kenneth (wife Luann), William (wife Patricia) and Ronald all of Port Elgin. Loved by grandchildren Amy, Kris, Kenneth, Adam, Kelly, Megan and Rebecca. Loved by great-grandchildren Luke, Wesley, Charlie and Owen. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Mary Anne (nee Williamson) Ward and siblings Rex, John, Joyce, Jean Ward. Marg operated Leaside Cottages for 30 years. In the winter she loved curling and was a member of the Little Current Curling Club for over 50 years. Marg enjoyed singing and was a member of the Little Current United Church Choir for many years. Marg will be remembered by many for her smile, love of a party and her great pies and buns. A Celebration of Marg’s life will be held at a later date. Donations to the Manitoulin Centennial Manor or Little Current United Church in Marg’s name would be gratefully appreciated.
