The beautification committee is reminding us all about the importance of bees to our food supply and ecology. They recently sent out packets of wildflower seeds for people to plant and promote a bee friendly world. As part of this ongoing endeavor, they have a travelling bee that is being placed in the flower gardens that are maintained by the beautification committee. The bee has been spotted in the garden right here in Providence Bay outside the Harbour Centre. You are encouraged to take a picture with the bee and tweet it @centralupdate. You can also post on other social media sites with the hashtag #BringBackTheBees
