LITTLE CURRENT – Police are searching for a white vehicle involved in a hit and run accident near the corner of Campbell and Hayward Streets in Little Current this morning. A man and his dog were out walking when they were both struck by the vehicle which then fled the scene. The man was slightly injured but the dog was killed. Manitoulin OPP are seeking information from anyone who may have witnessed a white car parked in the St Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church parking lot on the morning of September 11. Anyone with any information on this are requested to contact the Manitoulin OPP or Crimestoppers.
