LORRAINE LEONA ROSE PITAWANAKWAT December 30, 1945 – September 30, 2017

Lorraine Leona Rose Pitawanakwat, a resident of Sheshegwaning, died peacefully at Health Sciences North, on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the age of 71. Born to Irene and Remijius “Remi” Pitawanakwat, loving mother of Yvette, Nicholas Jr. (predeceased), Ashley (predeceased), Michael and Darcy. Dear sister of Gail Panamick, Deborah Pitawanakwat, Gary Pitawanakwat (predeceased) and Dorothy Pitawanakwat (predeceased). Devoted grandmother of Jordan, Christiana, Anthony, Annabele, Rhianna, Xavier and great-grandmother of Jaiden and Jayce Pitawanakwat. Godmother of Kimberly. Will always be remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Lorraine was an awesome baker, she loved to cook, loved her car and really enjoyed traveling. Family and friends gathered at Sheshegwaning Community Complex for visitation from 1 pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. Funeral Mass was held at 11 am on Friday, October 6, 2017. Cremation.
