DILLAN SHAWN PELTIER “GIIZSOONHS”

January 29, 1994 – July 17, 2017
Dillan Shawn Peltier “Giizsoonhs” passed away suddenly on July 17, 2017 at the age of 23. Loving fiance of Terri-Lynn Wemigwans. Proud father of Isabella-Lynn and Shawn Peltier. Son of Rosanne Bisschops (predeceased) and Shane Pangowish. Dear grandson of John and Isabelle Simon, Julie Pangowish and Ernie Beaven. Brother of Shondah (Ryan), Jordan, Sebastian, Keannu. Proud uncle to Reign. Loving nephew of Cindy and Barry. Loving godson of Travis Williams and Kelly Taibossagai. Dillan was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and golf. During the winter months, he enjoyed playing hockey with the boys and he absolutely loved ice fishing. Each year he looked forward to the annual moosehunt with his uncle Barry and cousins. Family outings were also a favourite whether it was to the casino with Jon and Isabelle or having a family cookout in Thomas Bay. When he was younger he loved to snowboard. “Gaming out” and playing PS4 was another favourite pastime of Dillans. Also he looked forward to his sister and twin brothers weekend visits along with his newly born niece Reign. Dillon was always the trickster of the crowd and loved to tease his friends and family. But most of all, he loved spending time with his little family Isabella, Shawn and his fiance Terri. Visitation was from 1 pm on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Rabbit Island Centre. Funeral was held at 11 am on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Holy Cross. Burial at Wiky Upper.
