KATHLEEN MARGARET HARASYM

Kathleen Margaret Harasym, a resident of Manitowaning, died peacefully at Manitoulin Health Centre, on Monday, February 20, 2017 at the age of 89. Born to parents Arva (nee McLean) and Jack McKay (both predeceased). Beloved wife of Walter “Wally” Harasym (predeceased). Cherished mother of Ann (predeceased) and Sarah Harasym. Dear sister of Joyce and husband Jim White. Will always be remembered by nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends gathered at Knox United Church, Manitowaning on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Visitation was from 10 am. Funeral Services were at 11 am with Rev. Martin Garniss officiating. Burial will be at Hilly Grove Cemetery in the spring. Donations to Knox United Church would be greatly appreciated. Island Funeral Home can accept only cheques for all charitable donations.
