(LITTLE CURENT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Little Current Detachment with the assistance of the Sudbury OPP Detachment Crime Unit and the OPP Forensic Identification Services, are investigating a sexual assault in Little Current, Ontario.Â
At approximately 3:30 a.m., on Monday, July 11, 2016, a female individual was walking when she was offered a ride from two unidentified males occupying a dark coloured vehicle. The vehicle was driven to Low Island Municipal Park where an alleged sexual assault on the female occurred.
The investigation is ongoing and Police are seeking the public’s assistance and are asking anyone with information about this crime to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
