Expression is inappropriate for an organization where killing may be involved
To the Expositor:
This letter is in response to a statement in the June 1 edition of The Expositor under the headline ‘Manitoulin Secondary School holds successful Career Day.’
Under the picture of the military personnel was a statement that they were bringing “the joys of life in the military to the students.”
I believe the above expression is inappropriate as the military is an organization where one could be involved in the killing of people or indeed the death of oneself.
