MINDEMOYA–Ontario Provincial Police have confirmed that human remains have been found in the bush close to the apartment building on Thorne Street and close to the OPP detachment office in Mindemoya.
The coroner is being notified.
Sometime on Tuesday morning, May 3, police were called to the location.
The determination that the remains are human was made that afternoon at approximately 2:35 pm.
