MANITOULIN ISLAND, ON) – The Manitoulin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call on April 23, 2016 regarding Harold KIRK, 83, of Providence Bay being overdue.
He has been located safe. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.
(MANITOULIN ISLAND, ON) – On April 23, 2016 at approximately 8:30 a.m., members of the Manitoulin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding an overdue 83-year-old man.
Harold KIRK of Providence Bay was last observed on April 22, 2016 at approximately 6:30 p.m. while in Spring Bay at a gas bar. He is described as:
- Short gray hair (collar length)
- Approximately 6’ tall
- Slim build
- Observed to hunch over and has difficulty with mobility
