If it hasn’t happened by now, it probably won’t ever
To the Expositor:
I agree that the Norisle would make a great tourist attraction, but wake up people—if it hasn’t happened by now it probably won’t ever happen.
The government purse strings have really tightened up and do you really think they’re going to part with enough money to restore that old tub? If Elwood and the Friends of the Norisle want to try and restore that pile of junk let them buy it from the township and move it off township property because I really think the township doesn’t want anything to do with it.
Assume ownership, then they can do whatever they want with it and we can watch the old tub sink.
