Large families no longer serve the purpose they once did
To the Expositor:
It appears that our present day wave of global environmentalists are washing up on all shores of the globe whether they are bringing hype or fact is debatable. One wonders who is right–alarmists or non believers. It is beginning to sound like a religious diatribe–is there or is there not a God. One thing is for certain, we will all agree to disagree. Something else to consider is that humankind definitely exploits resources of all kinds, be it animal, vegetable or mineral. If we are fighting a war on global warming, maybe the human tidal wave is to blame. Curbing or rationing our voracious appetite for things we have come to take for granted may be a good start in this land of plenty e.g. family planning, 4, 5 or 6 children no longer serve the purpose they once did.
Just some food for thought to a growing problem.
