Catharine Elizabeth McQuarrie died peacefully at the Manitoulin Health Centre on the morning of Friday, May 4, 2012 at the age of 97. Predeceased by husband Everett Paisley (1973) and husband Malcolm McQuarrie (1999). Mother of daughters Helen and husband Bill Beaudry (both predeceased) and Marguerite and husband Norm Hore. Step-mother of Jacqueline and husband Stan Gordon, Craege and wife Audrey McQuarrie, twins Dougall and Mickle McQuarrie (both predeceased), Molly McQuarrie, Christie and husband Fred vanDerjagt. Grandmother of Douglas and wife Lisa Beaudry (both predeceased), Christopher and wife Judy Beaudry, Jennifer and husband Steve Fultz, Gregory and Mechelle Beaudry, Tom and wife Donna Hall, Tim and wife Susan Hore. Step-grandmother and great-grandmother of many. Survived by sister Ruth and husband Lloyd Allems. Predeceased by her four brothers George Gordon, Cameron (wife Annie) Gordon, Colin (wife Mary) Gordon, Clinton (wife Patricia) Gordon and two sisters Muriel Cameron (Jack) and Mary Stock (Garnet). Visitation was from 2 pm – 4 pm and 7 pm -9 pm on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Island Funeral Home. Funeral Service was at 11 am on Monday, May 7, 2012 at Grace Bible Church, Little Current, Ontario.
