MANITOULIN–The search for Michael Semeniuk, missing since Thursday, April 12, is over, with Manitoulin OPP officers locating the Espanola man in what was described as a “safe condition.”
An exhaustive search of the east end of Manitoulin had been conducted by OPP, including an aerial search, since last Thursday. The 45-year-old Espanola man had last been seen in the Rockville area and police were concerned for his safety, as he was last seen with a firearm, a release from the OPP said.
On Friday evening, April 13, police located Mr. Semeniuk.
The OPP thanked the public and media for their assistance into this missing person investigation.
