Providence Bay beach a memory

A demarcation line compromise is called for

To the Expositor:

One of the most majestic strands of beach in Canada has been allowed to become a weed patch. Milkweed and monarchs are important but so are the humans who come to the Providence Bay beach to enjoy the pristine sand and beach. A natural demarcation line of 30 to 40 feet would allow both the ecology and tourism to exist together. This win-win situation, which seems obvious, has evaded the powers to be.

“Where is the famous Providence Bay beach,” is a common question asked by puzzled tourists. Why has such a natural wonder been allowed to become a memory?
