MARGARET “YVONNE” (NEE LEWIS) CARROLL
December 11, 1932 – November 6, 2011
Yvonne passed away peacefully at the Chapleau Health Services with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Carroll (deceased January 10, 2006). Yvonne is survived by her son Allan (Louise) of Wawa, her daughter Kelly of Sudbury and her special granddaughter Brianna of Wawa. Predeceased by her brothers John, Ron and Bill and survived by her sister-in-law Pearl Lewis of Sheguiandah, Ontario who was a sister to her for over 60 years. Yvonne was the daughter of the late Ernest and Ruby Lewis of Sheguiandah, Ontario. She will be fondly remembered by her special brothers-in-law Larry Carroll (Claudette) of Chapleau, Jack (Gil) Carroll of Elliot Lake, her numerous cousins and very special nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Trinity United Church, Chapleau on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11 am with Mrs. Anna Chikoski officiating. Interment of ashes at the Chapleau Municipal Cemetery. At Yvonne’s request memorial donations made to the Trinity United Church, Chapleau would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors at the Chapleau Health Services for all of their help and concerns during Yvonne’s stay.
