Can someone resolve the day of rest?

Re: Which Day is the Sabbath
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Further to the spirituality column in last week’s Manitoulin Expositor by Hank Reckman regarding the Sabbath being Friday evening to Saturday evening. As opposed to what tradition shows us that the Sabbath is Saturday night til Sunday night.
Please if anyone could put my mind to rest and be resolved to tell the truth of the Sabbath. I hope someone can shed some more truth on resting and honouring God and Jesus Christ on Saturday or Sunday.
