Hazen Edgar White, a resident of Providence Bay, died peacefully at Mindemoya Hospital on June 19, 2014 at the age of 86. Born to Mary and Jesse White in Gravenhurt on November 15, 1927. Beloved husband of Wilda White. Loved father of Bruce Edgar (Darlene) of Meldrum Bay, Douglas Allen (predeceased), Wilma Eileen (predeceased), Linda Darlene (Brad Leibel) of Alberta. Proud grandfather of Mathew, Marcus, Sarah, Curtis, Leanna, Joshua (Crystal), Kimberley, Neil, Desiree and great-grandfather of Dominique, Tristan, Braden, Braden, Madison, Christiaan, Cainyn, Paige, Tony-Lynn, Trinity and Tyler. Brother of Kermit White (Doris), Verna Anthony (Norman); all predeceased. Loved Uncle of Carol, Jerry, Cathy and Joan. Family and friends will gather at Island Funeral Home on Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. Funeral Services will be at 2 pm on Monday, June 30, 2014 at Silver Lake Cemetery, Silverwater with Rev. Dan Thompson officiating.
