Information sought in Sudbury hit and run

SUDBURY–GSPS are investigating  a collision which occurred on the 1st of May between 1:00-2:00AM in the area of 700 Paris Street.  A lone adult male was walking on the sidewalk.  He attempted to wave over a car which was southbound.  He approached the roadway and was struck by the passenger side of the vehicle.  He then rolled along the side of the car.

The car did come to a stop but no one exited the vehicle. It then left the area.  The male made his way to Science North where a security guard came across him and called for EMS.  He was transported to HSN.  He suffered serious but non life threatening injuries.

The only description the pedestrian could provide was that it was small silver 2 door car.
