SUDBURY–On the evening of the 7th of April 2014, Members of the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Greater Sudbury Police Service executed a search warrant at an apartment on Lasalle Boulevard. A search of the residence and an automobile resulted in the seizure of over $8000 in cash and over 1.3 kg of Marijuana valued at over $13,000.00. Three parties were arrested at the scene and charged with the following offences:
William Trebb, 25 years
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Jarret Martin, 23 years:
- Breach of Probation
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Dustin Lafleur, 23 years
- Fail to Comply with Recognizance of Bail,
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Dustin Lafleur was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for 2 counts of Fail To Attend.
All three are currently in custody. Accused Martin and Lafleur will appear for a Bail Hearing on the 10th of April while William Trebb will appear on the 16th of April.
