Marilyn Wilhelmine Wright

Wright-DeathFebruary 27, 1951 – February 9, 2014

In loving memory of Marilyn Wright, a resident of Evansville, who died at the Mindemoya Hospital on Sunday, February 9, 2014, 18 days before her 63rd birthday. She was born in Mindemoya, daughter of the late Bill and Lorma (Galbraith) Middaugh. Marilyn had a variety of interests, which included fishing, crocheting and playing cards. She also took great pleasure in visiting with people. Marilyn’s greatest love, however, was her grandchildren and spending time with them. Although Marilyn was faced with many health issues, she tried to make the best of her situation and kept up her spirits as best she could. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Marilyn is survived by her beloved husband Glen. Loving and loved mother of Aaron and his partner Apryl. Proud grandmother of Trent and Tanner. Dear sister of Garry and Judy Middaugh and Steve and Barb Middaugh all of Evansville. Also surviving are Glen’s family, Doug and Mary Wright and Pat and Allan Varey. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends called at the Culgin Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. The funeral service to celebrate Marilyn’s life was conducted at the Burpee Mills Complex on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 with Rev. Janice Frame officiating. Spring interment in Burpee Mills Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Diabetic Society, the Gore Bay Medical Centre or the Mindemoya Hospital Auxiliary would be appreciated. Online condolences may be left at www.culginfuneral home.ca. Culgin Funeral Home, Gore Bay 705-282-2270.
