GEORGE THOMAS “TOM” PHILLIPS

In loving memory of George Thomas “Tom” Phillips who passed away at Health Sciences North on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at the age of 76. Born in Howland Township, son of Leonard and Frances (Howard) Phillips. Beloved husband of Janice (Vanhorne) Phillips. Father of Bob (Leigh Ann) and Heather (Carl). Grandfather “Paw” to Paige (Cody), Haylee, and Thomas. Survived by brother Reuben (Jeneen), sister Elvie (Keith), brother-in-law Tom (Joan), and sister-in-law Julie. Predeceased by brothers John, Andy (Shirley predeceased) Donna, Bill (Joan), Russ (Linda), and sister Margaret (Bill). Fondly remembered by numerous nephews and nieces. Private Family Funeral was held at Island Funeral Home. Graveside Service in the spring at Mindemoya Cemetery, all welcome. Donations to the Mindemoya Hospital Auxilary.
