GORE BAY—Perry Patterson is the first-prize winner of the Gore Bay-Western Manitoulin Lions Club grocery draw.
“All of the proceeds from the tickets sold for the draw are going toward things the Lions support in the community,” said Lions President Brian Rupert after the drawing of the three prizewinners for the grocery draw. “We appreciate everyone’s support of this draw and the Lions Club and congratulations to all the prize winners.”
Winning the first place prize of $500 in groceries was Perry Patterson of Gore Bay, with Karen Noble of Silver Water winning the second prize of $300. Willis Campbell of Gore Bay won the third place prize, also of $300.
