MURIELLE DUPUIS

(nee Lanteigne)

October 23, 1960 – July 26, 2024

In loving memory of Murielle Dupuis. Our guiding light no longer shines bright, leaving us with cherished memories and deep sorrow. It is with great sadness, we announce that Murielle Dupuis (nee Lanteigne) passed away peacefully, at the age of 63 years, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, July 26 2024. Murielle has left a hole in the hearts of many. She leaves in mourning her beloved husband of 43 years, Gilles Dupuis; son Gilles Jr. Dupuis (Melina); cherished grandchildren Jaden and Easton; sisters Paulette Richer (George), Denise Lachance (Mike); sisters-in-law Claudette Lanteigne (late Daniel – 2017) and Murielle Arbour (Richard); nieces and nephews Eric Richer (Melissa), Stefanie Rocheleau (Guy), Joanne Lachance (Tammy),  Alain Arbour (Melanie), Daniel Arbour (Anna) and Lynn Dupuis (Larry); great-nieces and nephew, Alyne, Avery, Alexa, Gabrielle, Luc, Samuelle and Joanie. She was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Therese Lanteigne; brother Daniel Lanteigne and beautiful niece Katelane Frohlick. Her greatest joy in life was her family and spending as much time as possible with her grandsons. She lived for them and wanted nothing more than to see them grow and be happy. She spent her winters in Florida, she loved line dancing, playing cards, bingo and puzzles.  To honour Murielle’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. The family wishes to express infinite gratitude to the Mindemoya Hospital doctors and nurses for their outstanding care provided to Murielle in her last days. The family would greatly appreciate donations to the Manitoulin Health Centre – Mindemoya Hospital.  There are some who bring a light so great to the world that the light remains even after they are gone.
