RONALD GILBERT ANSTICE March 14, 1928 – September 19, 2023 In loving memory of Ronald Gilbert Anstice, March 14, 1928 – September 19, 2023. Ron is survived by Justeen, his loving wife of 70 years. Father of Jim (Dorothy); grandfather of Alex (Caroline Black) and Esther. Proud “Papa” to great-grandchildren Emily and Chloe. Survived by his brother Ken and sister Jeanette Stickles, predeceased by siblings Bert Anstice and Glenora Harrison. Ron was born on the family farm in Tehkummah and lived and worked on the farm his whole life. Ron was willing to explore new technologies and push the boundaries to excel. Active in his community, he served many years as township councillor and reeve, as well as on the Fairview United Church Board, Manitoulin Planning Board and several agricultural committees.
