In loving memory of Angus Pontiac, a veteran and a resident of Wikwemikong, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Manitoulin Health Centre in Little Current. Predeceased by his beloved parents Elie and Mary-Louise (Bebamikawe) Bondy, his first wife Cecile Agosaih,, son Alex Bondy, and brothers James “Eblee” Bondy and William Bondy (wife Catherine). Angus is survived by his special nephews William Bondy and Leonard Bondy, and niece Shirley (James Peltier predeceased); all from Wikwemikong. He is now reunited in the spirit world with his loving partner Teresa Mandamin. He will be missed by extended family members, Ivan, Henry, Peter, Melvina and Mabel Mandamin, and granddaughter Amanda Mandamin. Cherished uncle to all his nieces and nephews and their families and will always be remembered by his quote “lots of money no got”. Angus lived his life to the fullest and was well known on the powwow trail. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him near and far. Angus will be missed by his caregivers Raymond and Yvonne Jackson. Whenever we met our Uncle we never used the word “Good-bye” but instead we said “Baamaapii Minwaa”. Visitation from 6 pm Monday, October 7, 2013 at St. Anthony Daniel Church, Kaboni. Funeral Mass at 3 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Holy Cross Mission, Wikwemikong.
