Popcycle Express brings tasty treats

GORE BAY—Just listen for the distinctive bells coming down the street and residents and visitors to Gore Bay will know the Popcycle Express is on its way.

Young entrepreneurs Sadie Hardy, who is 11, and her brother Lincoln, nine, will be travelling the main streets of Gore Bay this summer on the Popcycle Express bicycle cart chock full of tasty treats.

“Sadie and Lincoln will start their business on June 9,” said Deanna Hardy. “They will be taking turns driving the cart on the main drag and back streets of Gore Bay. They will have a variety of treats in the cart for sale including popsicles, ice cream sandwiches and drumsticks, and will run the cart all summer.”

“People will just have to listen for the jingle bells to when they are out with the cart,” said Ms. Hardy.
