(COBALT) – On January 24, 2016, members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a break and enter at a storage facility located on Cobalt Street that occurred sometime within the previous 4 weeks.
Several items have been reported stolen and are described as:
- Green cedar strip canoe
- Brown Evergreen cedar strip canoe
- Pine shelving
- Handmade blankets
- Cedar chest
- Antique light
- Children’s toys, plus more
Through investigation, police believe items may have been posted on a local Facebook buy and sell site by a fake seller name of Tyler.
If you purchased property or anything listed above from this name, or the Cobalt Street area, you may be in possession of stolen property. Please contact your local OPP detachment immediately at 1-888-310-1122.
